Section 1

SECTION 1. The Negros Oriental National Agricultural School in the Municipality of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, shall offer post-secondary courses leading to the degrees of Bachelor in Agricultural Technology and Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in agricultural education, agricultural extension, agricultural economics, or agro-forestry.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports is directed to take such steps as are necessary for the immediate implementation of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
