AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A TEN-BED MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CARAMORAN, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the supervision of the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in the Municipality of Caramoran, Province of Catanduanes, to be known as the Caramoran Municipal Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The hospital shall be constructed in Barangay Datag, at a site to be determined by the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Caramoran, in consultation with the Office of the Minister, Ministry of Health.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
