SECTION 1. There shall be established a secondary vocational school in the Municipality of Sto. Niño, Province of South Cotabato, to be known as the Sto. Niño National School of Arts and Trades.

AN ACT CREATING A SECONDARY VOCATIONAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. NIÑO, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STO. NIÑO NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR.
SEC. 2. The school shall offer secondary education curriculum for vocational trade school courses.
SEC. 3. Such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of said school shall be provided in subsequent General Appropriations Acts, until which time the operation of the institution as a national high school shall be deferred.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
