AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUNGKIL, PROVINCE OF SULU, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TUNGKIL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. A national high school is hereby established in the Municipality of Tungkil, Province of Sulu, to be known as the Tungkil National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its maintenance and operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
