SECTION 1. The Balud Health Center in the Municipality of Balud, Province of Masbate, is converted into a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital to be known as the Balud Municipal Hospital.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BALUD HEALTH CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALUD, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, INTO A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BALUD MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Bilang 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
