AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABARROGUIS, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established a natiohal school of arts and trades in the Municipality of Cabarroguis, Province of Quirino, to be known as the Cabarroguis National School of Arts and Trades.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports is empowered to organize the said school and to acquire by purchase, through grant or donation, a suitable site for the school.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The amount of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its maintenance and operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
