AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAGUDAY MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAGUDAY, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAGUDAY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Saguday Municipal High School in the Municipality of Saguday, Province of Quirino, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Saguday National High School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided m the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
