AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE DASMARIÑAS BAGONG BAYAN PROJECT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DASMARIÑAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DBB MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the office of the Minister, Ministry of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in Area A of the Dasmariñas, Bagong Bayan Project in the Municipality of Dasmariñas, Province of Cavite, to be known as the DBB Municipal Hospital.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the construction and operation of the hospital not to exceed seven hundred fifty thousand pesos shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Health intended for new or expanded hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
