SECTION 1. The Angadanan Vocational High School in the Municipality of Angadanan, Province of Isabela, is converted into an agro-industrial college to be known as the Angadanan Agro-Industrial College.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE ANGADANAN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGADANAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, INTO AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COLLEGE TO BE KNOWN AS THE ANGADANAN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL COLLEGE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
SEC. 2. All personnel, assets, liabilities, records and appropriations of the Angadanan Vocational High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Angadanan Agro-Industrial College.
SEC. 3. The existing appropriations for the Angadanan Vocational High School are hereby transferred to the Angadanan Agro-Industrial College, to be disbursed in accordance with the provisions of this Act. Thereafter, the necessary amount required for the operation and maintenance of the college shall be provided for in subsequent General Appropriations Acts, until which time the operation of the institution as a college shall be deferred, provided that its new name shall take effect upon approval of this Act.
SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
