AN ACT CONVERTING THE GENERAL TRIAS MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL AND TWO BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOLS, ALL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GENERAL TRIAS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, INTO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS, INTEGRATING THEM INTO ONE SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE GOVERNOR FERRER MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. The General Trias Municipal High School, the Buenavista Barangay High School and the Biclatan Barangay High School, all in the Municipality of General Trias, Province of Cavite, are converted into national high schools.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The schools shall be integrated into one high school to be known as the Governor Ferrer Memorial High School, with the main campus at the present site of the General Trias Municipal High School.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The operations of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
