AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL WITH THE KASIBU BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL AS ITS NUCLEUS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KASIBU, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VISCAYA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KASIBU NATIONAL AGRICULTUTRAL SCHOOL AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is herby established under the supervision of the Director of the Bureau of Secondary Education a national agricultural school, with the Kasibu Barangay High School as its nucleus, in the Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as the Kasibu National Agricultural School.

Section 2

SEC. 2. There shall be segregated from the Alloy Insular Reservation an area of twenty hectares for the school site of the Kasibu National Agricultural School, to be determined by the Director of the Bureau of Secondary Education, in consultation with the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambasa Bilang 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
