Section 1

SECTION 1. The national road from Barangay Carmen, Municipality of Rosales to the Municipality of Binmaley, both in the Province of Pangasinan traversing the municipalities of Sto. Tomas, Alcala, Bautista, Bayambang, Malasiqui, Binmaley and San Carlos City is hereby named the Speaker Eugenio Perez National Road.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
