SECTION 1. The name of the Conception Elementary School Unit I located at J.P. Rizal Street, Barangay Concepcion, Municipality of Marikina, Metro Manila, is hereby changed to H. Bautista Elementary School in honor of one of the heroes of the Philippine Revolution, General Hermogenes "Menes" Bautista.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
