AN ACT CONVERTING THE BANI-AGNO-BURGOS PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF AGNO, BANI AND MABINI, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN, INTO A NATIONAL ROAD AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Bani-Agno-Burgos provincial road in the municipalities of Bani, Agno, and Mabini, Province of Pangasinan, is converted into a national road.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the improvement and maintenance of said road shall continue to be funded out of the lump sum appropriation authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 640 for the repair and maintenance of local roads until such time that the maintenance funds for said road shall have been provided for in the succeeding appropriations acts.

Section 3

SEC. 3. Should the Minister of Public Works and Highways deem it feasible, the improvement of said road shall be included as a component of the Luzon Road Package Program financed by the Asian Development Bank as Segment VII thereof.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
