SECTION 1. The name of Culaman Elementary School in the Municipality of Jose Abad Santos, Province of Davao del Sur, shall be changed to Harden Joyce Elementary School.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The record of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports bearing the name of the school mentioned in Section 1 hereof shall be changed and be substituted by the name Harden Joyce Elementary School.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, April 13, 1984.
