SECTION 1. Eulogio Rodriguez Elementary School Unit 1 located at the Municipality of Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, is hereby renamed Andres Bonifacio Elementary School in honor of one of the heroes of the Philippine Revolution, Andres Bonifacio.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, April 13, 1984.
