AN ACT CONVERTING THE PROVINCIAL ROAD FROM THE ROAD JUNCTION OF THE NATIONAL HIGHWAY PASSING THROUGH THE POBLACION, SUYO, PILAR AND PINIPIN, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, INTO A NATIONAL ROAD, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. The provincial road from the road junction at the national highway passing through the poblacion of Santa Cruz, Suyo, Pilar and Pinipin, all in the Municipality of Santa Cruz, Province of Ilocos Sur, is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the improvement and maintenance of said road shall continue to be funded out of the lump-sum appropriation authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 640 for the repair and maintenance of local roads until such time that the maintenance funds for said road shall have been provided for in the succeeding appropriations acts.

Section 3

SEC 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
