Section 2
SEC. 2. The record of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports bearing the name of the school mentioned in Section 1 hereof shall be changed and be named to Paaralang Elementaria Ng L. Villamonte.
Section 3
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without executive approval, April 27, 1984.
