AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE GOVERNOR VILLAVERT JIMENEZ NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL FROM THE MUNICIPALITY OF HAMTIC, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE TO BARANGAY ABACA, IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TOBIAS FORNIER, ALSO IN THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Governor Villavert Jimenez National High School in the

Municipality of Hamtic, Province of Antique, is hereby transferred to

Barangay Abaca, Municipality of Tobias Fornier, also in the Province of

Antique.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The transfer of said school to its new site shall be under

the supervision of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Moscoso-Rios High School shall continue to operate at

Funda, Hamtic, Antique as an extension of the General Leandro Fullon

National School.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
