AN ACT CREATING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DIADI, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DIADI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.

Section 2

SEC. 2. Such amount as may be determined by the Minister of Education and Culture and the Minister of the Budget as being necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged to the appropriations of the Ministry of Education and Culture authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 for new national schools. Beginning in 1981, such sum as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the above authorized national school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
