Section 1

SECTION 1. Any provision of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding, the members of the crew of any vessel of the Bureau of Coast and Geodetic Survey shall be 1 entitled to pay for not more than sixty days when they are sick in a hospital, in accordance with the United States regulations for Coast and Geodetic Survey vessels.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on January first, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven.
