Section 1

SECTION 1. The limitations, restrictions, and prohibitions together with the penalties provided in relation thereto, imposed by existing laws upon corporations and the members thereof in connection with the business of buying and selling public lands or the holding or ownership of real estate, not public lands, or the area of such holding, or the stock interest which they may have in any other corporation, shall extend to partnerships, joint stock companies and -all other associations of whatever class or form, as well as to the members of such associations. For the purposes of . this Act, the terms corporations and associations are deemed to be interchangeable terms. SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
