SECTION 1. Any person, either for himself or on behalf of another person or persons, or on behalf of a corporation or association who sells, offers for sale or in any manner disposes of, for a valuable consideration, imported eggs, fresh or preserved, in natural form, the shells of which are not plainly marked "Imported from (name of country of origin)" with cancelling ink or if such mark has been erased, blotted, wiped out, or in any way obliterated shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred pesos or an imprisonment of not more than sixty days, or both, in the discretion of the court.
