SECTION 1. The late Mariano Buyson Lampa of Pampanga, Judge of First Instance, who rendered faithful and satisfactory service in the Government during more than thirty years, is considered retired in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Twenty-five hundred and eighty-nine, as amended by Act Numbered Thirty-three hundred and sixty, and for the purpose hereof, said retirement shall be as effective as if an application therefor had been filed after December fourth, nineteen hundred and twenty-seven, and as if the same had been acted upon favorably prior to June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and twenty-eight.

AN ACT TO CONSIDER THE LATE MARIANO BUYSON LAMPA OF PAMPANGA, JUDGE OF FIRST INSTANCE, RETIRED UNDER ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-NINE, AS AMENDED.
SEC. 2. For the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act, the sum of twenty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the Philippine Treasury.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
