Section 1

SECTION 1. The amount of one thousand pesos appropriated under paragraph A-(c) ; Samar, item numbered thirty-seven of section one of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty of the Philippine Legislature is reap-propriated for the construction of the Biri Elementary School, Calbiga, Samar.

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 21, 1938.
