Section 1

SECTION 1. Paragraph (e) of section twenty-five hundred sixty of the Administrative Code, is amended so as to read as follows: "(e) He shall have charge of the prosecution of all crimes, misdemeanors, and violations of city ordinances in the Court of First Instance and in the municipal court of the city."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, August 23, 1938.
