Section 1

SECTION 1. The following items under section one, paragraph (d), subsection A of Commonwealth Act Numbered Sixty-seven, as amended, are further amended so as to read as follows: "BATANGAS "26. For an additional room for the San Jose Central School ....................................... P2,000.00 "TAYABAS "13. For the Maka barrio school, Lucban.. 1,500.00"

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, August 23, 1938.
