Section 1

Sec. 1. Subsection (b) of section one of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-four is amended so as to read as follows:

"(b) To have such documents, public records and papers, which in its judgment are valueless, destroyed by burning in the presence, of its members or of two representatives duly authorized by it."

Section 2

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.;
