AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION ONE, PARAGRAPH A-(C): CEBU ITEMS NUMBERED 28 AND 34; AND SECTION TWO OF ACT NUMBERED FORTY-ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT.

Section 1

SECTION 1. Section one, paragraph A-(c): Cebu, items numbered 28 and 34 of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty is hereby amended to read as follows:

"CEBU

“28. For the Labrador barrio school, Malabuyoc........................................................ P2,500.00 "34. For the Mainit barrio school, Oslob............................................................... 2,500.00"

Section 2

SEC. 2. Section two of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 2. All balances of the several appropriations made by this Act, with the exception of the appropriations in paragraphs (d) and (g), the destination of which has not been determined by proper authority on December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and thirty-five, and all balances of appropriations remaining unexpended on December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, shall revert to the unappropriated funds in the National Treasury, and thereafter shall not be available for expenditures except upon appropriation by the National Assembly: Provided, however, That all balances of the appropriations made by this Act in paragraph (m) the destination of which has riot been determined by proper. authority on December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and thirty-five, and all balances of appropriations made in paragraph (m) remaining unexpended on December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and thirty-seven, shall revert to the 'Port Works Fund' created by Act Numbered Three thousand five hundred and ninety-two, and thereafter shall not be available for expenditure except as provided in said Act."

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
