Section 1

Sec. 1. Subsection (m) of section six hundred and seventy-one of the-Administrative-Code, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and seventy-seven, is amended to read as follows: "(m) deputy governors and special agents of specially organized provinces."

Section 2

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1939.
