AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE ADJUSTMENTS OF THE PERSONNEL AND OTHER CHANGES IN THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AS CONTEMPLATED IN COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY-THREE.

Section 1

Sec. 1. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary in appropriated out of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated to enable the President of the Philippines to effect adjustments of the personnel of the Department of Labor and to make such other changes therein as are contemplated in Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and fifty-three, especially for the purpose of reorganizing the Immigration Division.

Section 2

Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
