SECTION 1. The following items of appropriation under section one, paragraph A, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty are amended so as to read as follows: "ALBAY 32. For the Oas Home Economics building P4, 000.00 "CAGAYAN 128. For the Namungaran barrio school, Rizal 500.00 "MOUNTAIN PROVINCE 61. For the construction of Amduntog school, Kiangan 2,000.00 "SORSOGON 42. For the High School building, Sorsogon 500.00
SEC. 2. Item 33 under Albay of section one, subsection A of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty is suppressed.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, October 27, 1939, with the exception of the following item: Section 1: Cagayan, Item 128.
