Section 1

SECTION 1. The following items of appropriation under section two, subsection A, paragraph (a), of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-nine are amended so as to read as follows:

SEC. 2. The following items under section 2, subsection A, paragraph (a) of Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and sixty-nine are supressed:

Items )8, 39, 40, 41, and 42 under Cagayan ;

Item 44 under Laguna ;

Item 17 under Nueva Ecija ;

Items 105, 106, and 107 under Pangasinan;

Item 11 under Tarlac; and

Item 1 under Zambales.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
