Section 1

SECTION 1. The following item of appropriation under section one, paragraph A, of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty, is amended so as to read as follows:

"SORSOGON

"63. For additional rooms, Central School, Magallanes P2,500.00"

Section 2

SEC. 2. Section three of Commonwealth Act Numbered Two hundred forty, as amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred and seventy-four, is further amended so as to read as follows:

"SEC. 3. All balances of the appropriations made by this Act remaining unexpected on June thirtieth, nineteen hundred forty-one, shall revert to the Philippine Coconut Oil Trust Fund and thereafter shall not be available for expenditure except upon appropriation by the National Assembly."

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
