Section 1

SECTION 1. The following items of appropriation under section one, subsection C, paragraph (r), of Commonwealth Act Numbered Three hundred and thirty are amended so as to read as follows: "ANTIQUE "10. For the road to barrio Martinez, Tibiao P 155.73 "10a. For the Culasi-Camancihan barrio road, Culasi 3,844.27 "CAGAYAN "29. For the Agugaddan barrio school, Pefiablanca 500.00 "MANILA "17. For the construction of a public bath and toilet at the corner of Ariston Bautista and Itaguyod and Kalahi streets, Punta, Sta. Ana 8,500.00 "34. For the construction of a public bath and toilet between Ariston Bautista and F. Roxas streets, Punta, Sta. Ana 8,500.00

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, August 29, 1940, with the exception of the following items: Section 1: Antique, items 10 and 10a; Manila, items 17 and 34.
