Preamble

WHEREAS, it is necessary for the operation of the Government

of the Republic of the Philippines that funds be appropriated for the

purposes:

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the

Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the Constitution as

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and pursuant

to Proclamation No. 1081, dated September 21, 1972, and General Order

No. 1, dated September 22, 1972, as amended, and for the continuous

operation of the Government, do hereby issue this decree.

Section 1 Appropriation of funds.

SECTION 1. Appropriation of funds.—The following

sums or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out

of any funds in the Philippine Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for

the operation of the government of the Republic of the Philippines

during the period from July first, nineteen hundred and seventy-four to

June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and seventy-five except where otherwise

specifically provided:
