WHEREAS, there are certain municipal and city courts whose
case loads have increased to such an extent that they are no longer
manageable by the present number of salas therein;
WHEREAS, it will be in the interest of the administration of
justice and in line with the Government's policy of decongesting court
dockets to create additional salas where needed;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, by virtue
of the powers vested in me by the Constitution, and in order to effect
the speedy disposition of the cases in our courts, do hereby order and
decree:
