Section 1

SECTION 1. The Eastern Bobongan — Sominot — Midsalip — Dumingag Provincial Road traversing the municipalities of Ramon Magsaysay, Sominot, Midsalip and Dumingag, Province of Zamboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
