AN ACT CONVERTING THE CAPAS — SAN JOSE — MAYANTOC — MALACAMPA ROAD IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CAPAS, SAN JOSE, MAYANTOC AND CAMILING, PROVINCE OF TARLAC INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Capas — San Jose — Mayantoc — Malacampa Road in the municipalities of Capas, San Jose, Mayantoc and Camiling, Province of Tarlac is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
