SECTION 1. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Extension Office in the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna is hereby converted into a regular district office to be known as the LTO District Office.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Department of Transportation and Communications shall issue the necessary rules and regulations to implement the said conversion.

SEC. 3. The amount needed for the operationalization of a regular LTO District Office in the City of Calamba, Province of Laguna shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
