AN ACT CONVERTING THE DUMAGUETE CITY — VALENCIA — BACONG PROVINCIAL ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD

Section 1

SECTION 1. The Dumaguete City — Valencia — Bacong Provincial Road in the Province of Negros Oriental is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
