SECTION 1. The Piñan — Mutia Provincial Road linking the municipalities of Piñan and Mutia, Province of Zamboanga del Norte is hereby converted into a national road.

Section 2
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
Section 3
