Conversion into an Integrated School.
SECTION 1. Conversion into an Integrated School. – The Alangilan Elementary School in Barangay Alangilan, Municipality of Sagay, Province of Camiguin is hereby converted into an integrated school to be known as Alangilan Integrated School.
Transfer of Assets and Liabilities.
SEC. 2. Transfer of Assets and Liabilities. – All personnel, assets, liabilities and records of the Alangilan Elementary School are hereby transferred to and absorbed by the Alangilan Integrated School.
Appropriations.
SEC. 3. Appropriations. – The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Alangilan Integrated School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation.
SEC. 4. Implementation. – The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Effectivity.
