Preamble

“SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Health, a ten-bed municipal hospital in Sitio Banagao, Poblacion Mangali, Municipality of Tanudan, Province of Kalinga, to be known as the Tanudan Municipal Hospital.”

Section 2

SEC. 2. Section 4 of the same Act is hereby amended to read as follows: “SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.”

Section 3

SEC. 3. The title of Republic Act No. 6876 is hereby amended to read as follows: “An Act Establishing a Municipal Hospital in Sitio Banagao, Poblacion Mangali, Municipality of Tanudan, Province of Kalinga, to be known as the Tanudan Municipal Hospital, and Appropriating Funds Therefor”.
