Section 1

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center is hereby increased from eight hundred (800) to one thousand two hundred (1,200) beds.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Department of Health is directed to implement this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
