SECTION 1. The name of Kasibu National Agricultural School being administered by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) in Barangay Pudi, Municipality of Kasibu, Province of Nueva Vizcaya is hereby changed to Nueva Vizcaya Polytechnic Institute.
