Section 1

SECTION 1. Section two of Commonwealth Act Numbered Seventy-three is amended to read as follows: "SEC. 2. Any person violating this Act shall be punished for each offense by imprisonment of not less than three nor more than six months or by a fine of not less than six hundred nor more than one thousand pesos, or by both such imprisonment and fine, in the discretion of the court."

Section 2

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, June 15, 1954.
