SECTION. 1. Division of North Bay Boulevard South. - Barangay North Bay Boulevard South (NBBS) in the City of Navotas is hereby divided into three (3) distinct and independent barangays to be known as Barangay NBBS Proper, Barangay NBBS Kaunlaran and Barangay NBBS Dagat-Dagatan.
SEC. 2 . Territorial Boundaries. - The territorial boundaries of each barangay created in the immediately preceding section shall be as follows:
(1) Barangay NBBS Proper
"Bounded on the Northeast (NE), pts. 1 to 11, by centerline of North bay Boulevard;
On the Southeast (SE), pts. 11 to 19, by centerline of Estero de Muralla;
On the Southwest (SW), pts. 19 to 24, by Manila Bay; and
On the Northwest (NW), pts. 24 to pt. of beginning, by centerlines of entrance gate road, Navotas Fishport Complex and Lapu-Lapu Avenue;

On the Southwest (SW), pts. 19 to pt. of beginning, by centerline of North bay Boulevard;

(3) barangay NBBS Dagat-Dagatan
"Bounded on the Northwest (NW), pts. 1 to 4, by centerline of Malabon River/Cut-off Channel;
On the Northeast (NE), pts. 4 to 8, by centerline of Martiniko St.;
On the Southeast (SE), pts. 8 to 11, by centerline of Lapu-Lapu Avenue;
On the Northeast (NE), pts. 11 to 15, by centerline of Dalagang Bukid St.;
On the Southeast (SE), pts. 15 to 17, by centerline of C-3 Road; and
On the Southwest (SW), pts. 17 to pt. of beginning, by centerline of Navotas River (Dagat-Dagatan River);
SEC. 6. Internal Revenue Allotment Shares.- All barangays herein created shall be entitled to Internal revenue Allotment (IRA) shares pursuant to Section 285 of Republic Act No. 7160, as amended, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991.
SEC. 7. Effectivity.- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in at least two (2) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
