AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANCA DEL SUR TO BE KNOWN AS PAGADIAN CITY SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Section 1

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, a national high school in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur to be known as Pagadian City Science High School

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Education shall immediately include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Pagadian City Science High School, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. The Secretary of Education shall formulate the rules and regulations implementing the provisions of this Act.

Section 4

SEC. 4. This Act shall take after its publication in the of general circulation.
