Section 1

SECTION 1. The Montevista-Cateel National Highway traversing the Municipality of Compostela, Compostela Valley Province is hereby renamed Benigno S. Aquino Jr. National Highway.

Section 2

SEC. 2. The Department of Public works and Highways shall place appropriate markers along the Benigno S. Aquino Jr. National Highway and shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement this Act.

Section 3

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) national newspapers of general circulation.
